We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Manager/Engineer to lead a groundworks and RC frame project to success in West London.

Position Overview: As a Project Manager/Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our groundworks and RC frame project from conception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving the project forward to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the project, including procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals, objectives, and timelines.
  • Supervise and mentor project team members, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise, implementing proactive solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on groundworks and RC frame projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
