The ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in crane control operations and meet all required qualifications and certifications.
This role offers ongoing work with shifts available during nights, days, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate crane equipment (Excavator Cranes) safely and efficiently in compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Perform tasks as directed by the site management team to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure proper use of On Track Plant (OTP) and compliance with OTP Core regulations.
- Coordinate with the site team to safely manage crane operations in complex environments.
- Complete documentation and logs for all crane operations in line with site requirements.
Essential Competencies and Certifications:
- PTS (Personal Track Safety) Certification.
- Primary Sponsor or a recent D&A test within the past 3 months.
- OTP Core (On Track Plant Core) Certification.
- Crane Controller - Excavator Crane (CC Exc) Certification.
- Extensive Experience: Proven track record as a Crane Controller in rail or construction environments.
- Availability: Flexible to work nights, days, and weekends as required.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with strong adherence to safety protocols.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and site personnel.
