Teamforce are seeking qualified and experienced PTS Engineering Supervisors to oversee upcoming engineering works in the Canterbury, Kent.
The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality standards in railway engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate engineering activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage engineering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project execution.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe working practices.
  • Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
  • Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets, reporting any issues or delays to management.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to engineering activities and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification.
  • Primary Sponsor or a valid D&A (Drug and Alcohol) test within the last 3 months.
  • Engineering Supervisor (ES) competence certification.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the rail engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of railway engineering standards, practices, and regulations.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using relevant engineering software and tools.
