Teamforce Labour is seeking experienced and safety-conscious PTS Site Wardens (SW) for ongoing weekend projects in Clapham, South West London.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong commitment to railway safety standards, a proven track record of reliability, and the ability to work day and night shifts.
As a PTS Site Warden, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of personnel working on or near railway lines, maintaining compliance with Personal Track Safety (PTS) protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee site safety and ensure adherence to railway operational protocols.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to workers and supervisors.
  • Monitor and manage access to railway work zones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks on-site in real-time.
  • Ensure compliance with Personal Track Safety standards.
  • Assist with shift handovers and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Hold a valid Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification.
  • Have a Primary Sponsor or possess a valid Drugs & Alcohol (D&A) certificate issued within the last three months.
  • Provide two references from previous employers or supervisors.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Be available for weekend shifts (day and night work available).
